Renewal

This year saw another milestone in Sports Partner’s history. The ISO 9001 standard, the international standard that sets the standards for quality management systems in the business world, was renewed once again.

Over the course of a week, Sports Partner was audited in all departments – Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, etc. With this achievement, the auditing body completed the necessary stages for the revalidation of the ISO 9001 certification.

The process

2017 was the year it all began. We took the step forward and implemented ISO 9001. The standard we followed in order to later receive the appropriate audit. In the first phase, the auditing body checked that the design of the ISO 9001 standard was being correctly implemented. In a second phase, they checked that the implementation was going as planned. Fortunately, everything was going according to plan and we secured ISO 9001 certification.

In 2018, a first follow-up was carried out on the implementation of the set of quality management standards. As a result, Sports Partner secured the renewal and continuity of the certification of which it is so proud.

2019

This year we received a second follow-up and secured yet another certification renewal. We take this process very seriously and it has really helped us to guarantee quality and reliability for our customers, suppliers and colleagues.

We remain determined to ensure that this quality management system remains present in the day-to-day running of our company.
