It was exactly one year ago that we took part in and won the SME Heroes awards!

SME Heroes

The “SME Heroes” initiative focuses on the visibility and recognition of small and medium-sized enterprises that stand out in the business world. According to the organization, the spotlight on the SMEs that take part in this “competition” comes from companies that have “embraced and overcome demanding business challenges in which they have had to demonstrate ambition, courage, persistence and resilience.”

Company selection

All the companies that meet the necessary conditions to take part in this competition are assessed and selected in two stages. The first is through a vote by registered users on the initiative’s online platform, which determines the 10 finalists. The second stage is chosen by a panel of judges who select 5 winning companies from the 10 finalists.

Sports Partner SME Winner

Sports Partner took part in the 2nd edition of SME Heroes and ended up being one of the 5 companies awarded the “SME Heroes” prize.

We presented our story, told how it all began, where it started, where we are and what we want for the future.

We are currently based in Sintra, in an area of approximately 800m2 where we manufacture 5 product lines: sports flooring and equipment, bench chairs, electronic markers and “Family Sports” multi-sports courts.

We are present in Portugal, Europe and all over the world and our ambition is clearly to continue growing.

Winning this award would have been impossible without the contribution and dedication of the entire Sports Partner team.
